This season, builder Rico León will continue helping Denver homeowners salvage renovations that have gone off the rails. Driven by his parents’ past experience with a crooked contractor, Rico is an advocate for desperate families who need an empathetic expert to fix their stressful situations. During the nine-episode run, he and his team will tour the house to assess the projects, work to resolve issues with the builder and create a renovation and design plan to turn the construction nightmare into a dream home.

The battle moves to the mountains! Rico León, Kim Myles and Kim Wolfe mentor three teams of talented up-and-coming renovators. Each team will have six weeks and $100,000 to remodel a rundown mountain home and compete for a $50,000 cash prize.
